What is Emsculpt Neo?
The device used at our clinic is Emsculpt Neo. It differs from the earlier Emsculpt in one decisive way: it applies radiofrequency (RF) and High-Intensity Focused Electromagnetic (HIFEM+) energy from the same applicator, in the same session. In practice that means fat tissue and muscle tissue are addressed together rather than one at a time.
How Does It Work?
The EMSculpt device sends electromagnetic energy to the target area, creating supramaximal muscle contractions. During a 30-minute session, approximately 20,000 muscle contractions occur. These intense contractions support the restructuring and strengthening of muscle fibers.
